Trade Department

Our Trade Department is dedicated to helping our trade customers with their orders and enquiries. Once you have opened a trade account, you will be eligible to the following trade discount structure:

Annual spend (ex VAT): R0 – R10,000 = 5% discount

Annual spend (ex VAT): R10,001 – R25,000 = 10% discount

Annual spend (ex VAT): R25,001 – R125,000 = 15% discount

Annual spend (ex VAT): R125,001+ = 20% discount

In simple terms, the more your spend, the higher your discount.  For our new trade accounts, please note the discount is applied as each tier is reached.

Your annual spend at Trade Secret will be calculated on any purchases made between the 1st March to 28th February each year. The level of discount you have reached at the end of each February based on your annual spend will be applied for the following 12 month period.

Terms and Conditions:

Trade discounts can not be used in conjunction with any promotions we may be running. However, we are happy to use whichever discount percentage is higher so that you continue to benefit as much as possible.

All accounts must be settled via EFT. Should you wish to pay by card please note that we will need to deduct 5% from the discount (i.e. 15% is reduced to 10%, and 10% to 5% etc.).

In the event that your client pays Trade Secret directly, please calculate and submit your commission invoice based on the ex-VAT price.
